CustomBones Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you.
Please email us within 3 days of delivery at CustomBones with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return label if needed.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.


Refunds

Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 7 days back to your original payment method.
