APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS
A $25 deposit is required to reserve each appointment.
Your deposit secures your scheduled appointment and is applied toward your service total unless otherwise stated.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment and remain eligible for a deposit refund.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
If you are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. Emergencies or unusual circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in additional booking restrictions.
TATTOO SERVICES
Tattoo pricing is based on the individual project and may vary according to placement, size, design complexity, and overall scope.
Prices listed on the website are starting prices unless otherwise stated.
A consultation is recommended for custom or more complex tattoo projects to discuss the design, placement, size, and overall scope before the service.
If a consultation is needed, it will be included as part of the selected service and may add additional time to the scheduled appointment.
Once a design or tattoo concept has been approved, significant changes to the requested design, size, or placement may affect the final price and appointment time.
Please communicate any concerns or desired changes before the tattoo begins.
CUSTOM FREEHAND TRIBAL
Custom Freehand Tribal designs are drawn directly onto the skin rather than applied from a pre-made stencil.
Each design is created specifically for the client's body, placement, and desired flow.
Pricing starts at $350 and varies based on:
• Placement
• Size
• Design complexity
• Overall scope of the piece
Custom Freehand Tribal work is not priced by the hour. Final pricing is determined based on the individual project.
A consultation is recommended when additional planning is needed to determine the appropriate design, placement, and final price. If included, the consultation may add additional time to the scheduled service.
PMU BROWS
Powder / Ombre Permanent Makeup Brows are cosmetic tattoo procedures and are considered permanent makeup.
Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, healing, and other individual factors.
A consultation may be included when needed to discuss brow shape, expectations, skin considerations, and the desired result. When applicable, the consultation may add additional time to the scheduled appointment.
COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UP
A complimentary touch-up is available when the follow-up appointment is booked on the same day as the initial brow appointment.
Same-day booking is required to receive the complimentary touch-up.
Touch-ups booked after the initial appointment date are not included in the complimentary touch-up offer and may be subject to an additional fee.
Final healed results cannot be guaranteed, and additional sessions may sometimes be recommended.
BODY PIERCING
Piercing services and available placements are listed under their respective service.
Initial jewelry is included with applicable piercing services.
Jewelry selection and placement may vary based on anatomy, healing requirements, and available jewelry.
A consultation may be recommended when additional discussion is needed regarding placement, jewelry, anatomy, or multiple piercings. If included, the consultation may add additional time to the scheduled service.
The piercer reserves the right to decline or modify a piercing placement if the anatomy is not suitable or if proceeding would create an unreasonable safety or healing concern.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, previous piercing complications, and other information that may affect the procedure or healing process.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services.
Valid government-issued identification may be required before services are performed.
Clients may not receive tattooing, permanent makeup, or body piercing services while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
HEALTH, SAFETY & CONSENT
Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information before receiving services.
Please disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, previous reactions, pregnancy, healing concerns, or other circumstances that may affect your service.
Required consent and client-record forms must be completed before applicable services are performed.
Tattooing, permanent makeup, and body piercing involve inherent risks, including pain or discomfort, bleeding, swelling, infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and other possible complications.
If I determine that a service is unsafe or inappropriate to perform based on anatomy, disclosed health information, intoxication, skin condition, or other circumstances, I reserve the right to decline or stop the service.
AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare is an important part of the healing process.
Written and/or verbal aftercare instructions will be provided for applicable tattoo, PMU, and piercing services.
Clients are responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions.
Healing results vary from person to person based on individual skin, lifestyle, aftercare, and other factors.
If you experience signs of infection, an allergic reaction, or another concerning reaction, seek appropriate medical attention and notify me as soon as possible.
PRICING
Prices listed on the website are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise.
Custom services may require additional planning before a final price can be provided.
Final pricing may vary depending on the individual service, placement, size, complexity, materials, jewelry, and overall scope of the project.
A listed starting price does not guarantee that every project will be completed at that price.
DESIGN & ARTWORK
Custom artwork is created specifically for the client and may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or distributed without permission.
Reference images may be used to communicate ideas, style, placement, or general inspiration. Reference images do not guarantee an exact reproduction.
I reserve the right to refuse designs that do not align with my artistic style, abilities, or professional standards.
REFUNDS
Completed tattoo, PMU, and piercing services are non-refundable because they are customized services performed specifically for the individual client.
Refunds will not be issued solely because a client changes their mind about a completed service or is dissatisfied with normal variations in healing or healed results.
If you have a concern about your service, please contact me directly so the concern can be discussed and, when appropriate, an appropriate solution can be determined.
Deposits are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy.
SFX FABRICATION & CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
SFX Fabrication and custom commission pricing varies according to the size, materials, complexity, specifications, and overall scope of the project.
A consultation is recommended for larger, detailed, or custom SFX projects to discuss the project requirements, materials, design, and overall scope.
If a consultation is needed, it may add additional time to the scheduled service or project planning process.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of the project, materials, revisions, and other circumstances.
PHOTOS & PORTFOLIO
Photos may be taken of completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for identifiable photos of your tattoo, piercing, PMU, or other completed work to be used for promotional purposes, please communicate this before photos are taken.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service when necessary for safety, legal compliance, professional boundaries, unsuitable anatomy, inappropriate conduct, intoxication, failure to provide required identification or consent, or other circumstances that make the service inappropriate to perform.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these policies and understand the requirements associated with your selected service.
You acknowledge that tattooing, permanent makeup, and body piercing involve inherent risks and that individual healing and results may vary.
You agree to provide accurate information, follow provided aftercare instructions, and complete all required consent and client-record forms before applicable services are performed.

APPAREL SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All orders are part of either the Studio Collection (made to order) or After Dark Drops (limited releases).
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Orders are processed based on collection type.
Studio Collection items are produced after your order is placed and require production time before shipping.
After Dark Drops are released in limited batches.
If your order includes items from both collections, they may arrive in separate shipments.
FINAL SALE
All items are final sale due to made-to-order and limited production. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or has a production issue, please contact CustomBones within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and provide a replacement or resolution if approved.
SIZING
Please select your preferred fit carefully before purchasing.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, we'll do our best to assist whenever possible.
